Boarding Eligibility & Policies

1) Vaccination
All pets should possess a complete vaccination and the last jab should be administered in less than 12 months before check in. 

2) Tick & Flea Prevention
L Residence Pet Vacation Home is a pest free hotel and to keep it that way, it is COMPULSORY FOR ALL PETS to apply Revolution / Frontline / Biospotic Spot On. To
be fair to all, we will apply the spot on for all resident pets during check-in time as a protection against ticks & fleas. For pets staying with us longer than 30 days, we will reapply the tick prevention every month. Charges for the tick prevention are as below:

Frontline Spot On For Dogs: RM30 - RM45

Frontline Spot On For Cats: RM23

We strongly advise to keep your pets ticks and fleas free all the time. Should any dogs be found with existing ticks or fleas during check in, they will be treated instantly with tick treatment and bath at a charge between RM50-RM200/dog. An additional fee of RM300 is also chargeable to disinfect our place for being exposed to pets with ticks / fleas. Pets will be allowed into the hotel rooms only when all the external pests are completely removed. For those dogs that the L Residence team deem with many ticks (more than 5 per pet), L Residence has the right to decline check in on the spot with no refund of deposit. 

3) Friendly-Dogs-only Environment
L Residence Vacation Pet Home is a friendly-only dogs environment where social dogs can play and mix around happily. L Residence team has the right to turn down or forbid any pets from socializing if they are deemed aggressive that may cause fight or harm to other residents. 

4) Reservation Policy
We take in only a limited number of pets and therefore it is required to make an advance reservation for your pet. Kindly furnish us with information on check in & check out date, number of pets & breed. We will revert to you within 24 hours on availability. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation for stay worth > RM600. For short stays worth < RM600, a 100% deposit is required. All rooms and spaces will be reserved based on first come first served basis.

5) Cancellation Policy

• The reservation deposit is 100% refundable if cancellation is done 2 months before check-in day.
  
• The reservation deposit is 50% refundable and 50% forfeited if cancellation is done 30-60 days before check in day.
  
• The reservation deposit is 100% forfeited if cancellation is done <30 days before check in. 
• For change of mind within 12 hours of deposit, the deposit is refundable with an administration fee of RM100 for unnecessary trouble caused to our accounts team.

For pets declined of check in at the time of check in due to ticks/fleas, sickness or disease, no deposit is refundable as we have already blocked the space for your pet, yet he is not fit enough to stay in and this is for the safety of other resident pets. Kindly ensure that your pets are in healthy condition.
