Room is air-conditioned with an in-room climate control to ensure the room is kept cool and comfortable all the time.
A comfortable human-sized bed is provided for pets to stretch, sleep and feel at home.
An in-room LED TV is programmed with selected interesting videos to entertain pets.
Individual in-room feeder and clean filtered drinking water fountain is provided 24/7.
3 sessions daily 1-to-1 play time with us. For social and neutered pets, they can play with others as well.
Complimentary pet music therapy session daily to calm the pets (awesome for pets who are usually anxious or restless!).
Complimentary feeding up to 4 times a day. Owners to provide food and instructions so the pets get to continue their home routine as much as possible.
Complimentary freshening up is provided daily. Pets' eyes are cleaned, coat is brushed daily and ears cleaned twice a week. This keeps the pets feeling refreshed all the time as they enjoy 1-to-1 time with us.
